    Guest Responsibility

    • Guests are fully responsible for keys, door codes, and any passwords provided.

    • The home must be securely locked when leaving the property.

    • All furniture, fixtures, and amenities must be used respectfully. Guests will be charged for any damage or missing items.

    • Noumir Group is not liable for injuries, accidents, or deaths resulting from misuse of the space, furniture, or amenities.

    • The pool must not be used under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    • Children must be supervised at all times—especially near the pool. Their safety is the responsibility of parents or legal guardians.

    • No glitter, confetti, or candles. These are difficult to clean and damage surfaces.

    • Trash must be disposed of in the designated bins. Excess garbage left behind may result in an additional cleaning fee.

    • Do not feed stray animals. It invites pests and disrupts the local ecosystem.

    Legal & Safety Compliance

    • In accordance with Mexican law, possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons is strictly prohibited.

    • Guests must sign a registration form acknowledging and agreeing to these house rules upon arrival.

    Liability & Property Conditions

    • Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed at check-out. Noumir Group is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

    • Non-compliance with any of these rules may result in immediate eviction without refund, forfeiture of the security deposit, and denial of future bookings.

    • Tulum is a developing area. Occasional power or internet outages may occur and are outside our control.

    • Seasonal seaweed presence may affect local beaches and is a natural occurrence beyond our control.

    SECURITY / PRIVACY

    • Do not tamper with security devices, including cameras or smart locks. Tampering will result in immediate eviction without refund.

    • Keep gates and exterior doors locked at all times when not in use to ensure safety and privacy.

    • Only the registered guests listed at check-in may stay overnight. Unauthorized overnight guests are prohibited.

    NOISE POLICY

    • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

    This is strictly enforced out of respect for our neighbors and the community.

    Loud music, speakers, or disruptive behavior during this time may result in fines or removal.

    PROPERTY-SPECIFIC NOTES

    • Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Tulum’s plumbing systems are sensitive.

    • Please be mindful of eco-conscious water and energy usage, as Tulum has limited infrastructure.
